This family-run hotel was finished in 2011 and consists of four buildings right in the heart of Waimea town with easy free parking. A good option if you don’t want to stay up in colder Waimea Canyon. The rooms are all clean with modern amenities including a good-sized fridge, except for a phone (there’s a pay phone outside the office) and room safe. DVD players upon request. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Two resident cats are fun and playful. Most rooms share one long lanai where you may be able to catch a glimpse of the ocean from the second floor rooms. Connecting rooms are available. A decent property, priced about what it’s worth. Housekeeping service every three to four days. There is one ADA accessible room on site. Rooms are approx. 300 sq. ft., suites with full kitchens are 800–950 sq. ft. 3-night minimum on suites.
