This condo was built in 1968 (you’d swear it was the ’50s), it’s old but fairly well-kept in the common areas. Not much changes at this condo on each of our visits and they seem to like it that way. The units all vary, but mostly they are in need of updating. They all have nice ocean views, with the third floor and above being particularly good. Units ending in 01 and 08 are two bedrooms. Master bedrooms are only shut off by shoji doors, which creates less privacy. It’s very popular with seniors and long-time repeat guests. Free WiFi in a few and in rec. room. An average value. 1/1 units are 766 sq. ft., 2/2 (1,028 sq. ft.).
