This condo consists of two separate (and pretty different) buildings, the larger one and the smaller one. They had sold some units in the Reef building as condos. With their glorious location almost across the street from Kahalu‘u Beach Park, this is a good place to stay if you have any interest in swimming, snorkeling or surfing. Easily accessible, convenient and with good underwater scenery, Kahalu‘u is the most user-friendly snorkel spot on the island and one of the few popular beginner surf spots (and one of our personal favorites). Units are decent-sized, and the poolside BBQ makes a great spot to congregate after a day of exploring. A comfortable place to stay. Washer dryer in units in Reef building—others share laundry facilities. Most have bedroom A/C and a few have full A/C—both for an additional fee. Their starting rates haven’t gone up in quite a while (knock on wood) and we commend them for their stability. 1/1 units up to 2/2 units. Prices vary greatly based on floor (higher floors have better views and you’ll see that reflected in the price). Rates are for two, any other guest (regardless of age) is and extra fee per night. 3-night minimum. Longer stays get rates cheaper rates.
