These condos are large and comfortably furnished, and they seem well laid out. Many units have distant ocean views from the large lanais. If you want to avoid stairs, get a second-floor unit. (First-floor units have stairs that go down, feel more like a basement and may have their views partially blocked by a wall.) There is more traffic noise in this area since the bypass road has opened; they’ve tried to block the view of the cars zooming by but you’ll definitely know they’re there. 2/2 units are 1,000 sq. ft., 3/3 units are 1,400 sq. ft.—the third bedroom is simply a loft. 7- or 10-night minimum.
