Considering the caliber of these condos and the fact they’re in Kohala, it’s a pretty good deal. Units are large and nicely furnished, the layout is pleasing, grounds are well-groomed at this gated property. Many bathrooms have nice, deep tubs. Ocean views aren’t overwhelming—most are blocked by the Kolea resort or trees. 3/3 units are a better deal. Buildings E & F are the best, A & B feel closest to the road. 2/2 units are 1,262–1,406 sq. ft. plus large lanais. 3/3 units are 2,630 sq. ft. plus enormous lanais. 3- to 10-night minimum.
