Wonderfully spacious condos, high-grade appliances and a great oceanfront location with lush grounds. Units have lots of glass and an open feel, but they are still private if you want. The ground floor units are massive 3/2s with nice kitchens, and the additional bedrooms are also good-sized. The shoreline from the ocean front units seems delectably close. Units 31–36 are considered “oceanfront prime,” but we feel that might be a bit generous compared to others in the same category. Upstairs units are 2/2 townhouses with the second bedroom as a loft—not quite as desirable as the lower units. All units have nice, large lanais. They have three categories: standard, deluxe and luxury (the latter completely upgraded). Since the overall quality at the property is pretty high, you will probably be just as happy in a standard unit for less money.
They host weekly mai tai parties with music and hula. Kahana Village is a good value for the price and a place that you will want to come back to again and again. Housekeeping takes place mid-week on weekly stays. 2/2s are 1,200 sq. ft., 3/2s are 1,700 sq. ft. The prices vary due to each unit’s quality rating. 5- to 10-night minimum.
