We like this small condo property in Hana. The units have all been upgraded in some way here. The bedding has all been redone with high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Bathrooms have shower/tubs or are shower-only. The grounds have been carefully tended and include a lovely koi pond with waterfall. Good Hana Bay views from most units (except two first floor studios). They have phones in all the rooms, and local calls are free (important because your cell phone may not work here), but no TVs and no A/C. Since this is a small property, you may hear your neighbors if adjacent rooms are occupied. The lanais are spacious (about 300 sq. ft.) and tend to be very private. You won’t get tired of sitting on them and watching the ocean. Studios are a decent deal. All rooms have complete kitchens. Laundry is an extra fee per load only during certain times of the day. Studios are 300–400 sq. ft., 1/1s are 550 sq. ft., 2/2s are 890 sq. ft. 2-night minimum for oceanfront units.
