This condo property is near the end of the road. The pool is right next to the ocean and a sandy beach. The oceanfront views are pretty dreamy here and worth the upgrade. Some of the units not facing toward or away from the ocean have no windows capturing airflow, so despite Ma‘alaea’s notorious winds, they get hot and stuffy inside. (It’s frustrating to see the trees moving violently outside and not getting any of that breeze inside.) Some units are updated, others are adequate, but they’re clean.
