It’s hard to find a condo in this area closer to the water. They have a crescent-shaped tower building (with elevator) and low-rise buildings that contain 1/1 units. The 2/2 units have a bedroom on the ocean side. The sound of the surf is ever-present here and will lull you to sleep. Other layouts put the bedrooms on the street side. It’s no bargain, but its proximity to the ocean and lovely grounds are hard to beat. Pupu parties once a week. Washer/dryer in some units. Many units have been upgraded nicely, so ask for one. 1/1 or 1/2 units are 518–686 sq. ft., 2/2s are 852–1,100 sq. ft. 4- or 7-night minimum.
