Hale Kama‘ole

These condo buildings are across from Kama‘ole III Beach. The grounds are large with a huge lawn and BBQs—good for families. It was built in the mid ’70s but is in decent condition. The units are very clean, but may not have updated baths or kitchens. Glass panel lanai make good use of what view you have. You may also notice that no electric wires block the ocean view, if you have one. (A curse some of their neighbors have.) All units have A/C in bedrooms; some also have it in the living rooms. Elevator in buildings 2 and 4 only. 1/1s are 778 sq. ft., 2/2s are 1,000 sq. ft., 2/2s with loft are 1,112 sq. ft. The two-bedroom units are on top floors. Pretty good prices for the location. 7-night minimum.
