These condos are individually owned, but most rooms in the rental pool have a consistent look that is light and appealing. Studios have a kitchenette and a standing-room-only lanai. Lanais on 1/1s are large, and some of the views (especially from the rooftop pool and 1 bedroom units ending in -02 and -03) are very pretty. Definitely go for a room higher up, like the 12th floor upward. They loan you beach chairs and towels. Studios are 360 sq. ft., 1/1s are 443 sq. ft. If you get a good rate, you’ll be happy here.
