This pink and white building feels like condos because all the rooms have full kitchens, but it’s run like a hotel, so we’re calling it a hotel. The décor is pink (surprise!) and blue and modern. Last renovations have brought new life to this aging property. It still has some endearing qualities, including the warm staff who sing Hawaiian songs to guests in the lobby every Friday morning. They also offer shell lei making classes, which are very popular.
Room renovations and prices remaining low gave this property back it’s Solid Gold Value on this visit. Studios are 530 sq. ft., 1/1s are 650 sq. ft., 2/1s are 770 sq. ft. The 3/2 penthouse with washer/dryer is 1,450 sq. ft.
