An inexpensive place to stay run more like a condo, but it’s a small inn. The staff here is very friendly. If you’re just looking for basic lodging near the west side, this could be your spot (especially for the price). The rooms could use updating but are clean for their age. All units have kitchenettes (some have stoves). Units 4–9 seemed to be in slightly better condition than the other buildings, but those are only 1/1s. Most bathrooms have showers only. They’ll also lend a bunch of freebies like snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and a set of golf clubs. There’s no a/c, but units have ceiling fans, and they have screen doors so you can get a cross breeze. There is a covered picnic area in the courtyard to BBQ. No daily housekeeping here, but they will change linens upon request. Prices have not risen much over all the years we have been visiting, making this a Solid Gold Value. Studios, 1/1s, 2/2s, and a 3/2 is available. 2-night minimum.
