The best asset of these small condo studios (approx. 380 sq. ft., including lanai) is their awesome location right on Napili Bay. Units are clean but may need updating here and there. Oceanfront units (especially rooms ending in 01-09) have unbeatable views if you stand on the lanais (the solid walls below the lanai railings make them feel closed in, but give you more privacy). Some of the high end studios can get pricey, but doesn’t feel worth it compared to their neighbors who rent larger studios for less. However, some of the low-end prices are a good value, they just do not directly face the ocean. 3- to 7-night minimum, depending on the season.
