This Outrigger-managed condo has tidy grounds with an expansive green lawn for your keiki to run around on. The rooms are well kept, and units have had some upgrades. Studios have a king and a twin bed, so they’ll sleep three comfortably. Interestingly, the studios feel roomier than their listed size, while the 1/1s don’t seem worth the extra money. This property is close to, but not on, Napili Beach, and management seems pretty quick to slap an “ocean view” label on rooms with marginal views (for example, Building H). The lanai walls effectively block ocean views from most of the rooms we saw. (We guess you could walk onto the lanais and crane your head, but that makes for a pretty weak “ocean view.”) The shuffleboard court and coconut checkers are a nice touch for onsite activities. Their breakfast and lunch restaurant, Gazebo, is a winner that serves free coffee in the morning, but there’s usually a long wait. Housekeeping is optional. Studios are 540 sq. ft., 1/1s are 675 sq. ft.
