Well-maintained grounds at this condo with tennis and paddle ball courts (sort of mini tennis). The rooms seem to vary a lot. The two-story townhouse units have an annoying layout, but single-level 2/2 units are an acceptable value. Many of the units have been remodeled; others need updating. Buildings 1, 2, 4 and some units in 5 and 8 are your best bet for a glimpse of the ocean. The rest are strictly garden views. Some owners have been installing a/c in either bedrooms or throughout. If this is important, you will have to ask when booking. Room safe in some units. 1/1 units are 792 sq. ft., 2/2 units are 1,221–1,531 sq. ft., 3/2 or 3/3 units are 1,808–1,821 sq. ft. 3-night minimum.
