Sort of like a condo or a small inn. No real great views here but some distant ocean views from a few units. Grounds aren’t remarkable and could be better maintained; rooms are tidy, and they do some updating from time to time. Bathrooms have showers only—no tubs. Many repeat guests at peak times of the year. Housekeeping will do a linen and towel service if you stay more than a week. They lend beach chairs, coolers and beach towels at the front desk. Pricing has gone up so no Solid Gold for this edition. They have one ADA unit on the ground floor with a garden view. 1/1 units are 650 sq. ft., 2/2 units are 900 sq. ft. 3-, 5- or 7-night minimum. Prices decrease for 10 or more night stay, and there is no cleaning fee charged here. The adjacent “main house” is a B&B with four rooms.
