Most (not all) of these condo units have been nicely updated here. The grounds aren’t much, but the property is well-maintained. However, expect sea spray on your windows, even though they clean them daily. That’s what you’re paying for—the extraordinary proximity to, and sound of, the ocean—not the size of the rooms. (Some people actually complain that the ocean is “too loud.”) The townhouse units in building C are the quietest. The one-bedroom condos are the only units without the master bedroom on the ocean side, but all units have great ocean views. Elevator in Building A, mid-stay tidy on bookings of 7 of more nights. Very nice staff here. 1/1 units are 698 sq. ft., 2/2 units are 912–1,036 sq. ft., 3/2s are 1,041 sq. ft. They often discount. The 3/3 penthouse at 1,955-sq.-ft. charges extra for A/C per night. It was originally built for the developer, is glass-walled and has one of the grandest views on the south shore. There is a non-refundable reservation fee charged at time of booking. 2-night minimum.
