showers in master baths and most have higher-end furniture. The only thing lacking here is a view, but these are among the nicer condos on the south shore. With that being said, newer condo properties have been added in Po‘ipu and this one isn’t a Real Gem anymore when compared to those, but it may be a bit cheaper to rent than those others. You may also hear some road noise, and you’re a good distance from the beach. The tennis courts are located in the main part of Po‘ipu Kai Resort. 2/2 units are 1,340 sq. ft., 3/3 units are 1,600 sq. ft., 4/3 units are 1,800 sq. ft. 3-night minimum from main agent listed.
