Quiet location for this condo, nicely kept grounds and rooms. There’s a large grassy BBQ area next to the pool that makes a fine place to cook that fish you caught today (or bought at Costco). Lots of these units are timeshares, but there are still many vacation rentals available. The lanai’s privacy sacrifices part of the ocean view from some units, though corner units have particularly dreamy views. A few have a/c (ask for one). Some units may not have a phone. 1/1 units are 780 sq. ft., 2/2 or 2/3 units are 1,100 sq. ft. 3- or 10-night minimum.
