A mixed bag of long-term and vacation rentals at this condo property. It’s a T-shaped building that has most units (04–10) directly facing the ocean, with units ending in 10 very close to the water. Other units have a more oblique view of the ocean. One-bedroom units on the ocean side have bedrooms facing the water—just slide open the doors and fall asleep to the soothing sounds. The beach here has been vanishing in recent years, so the ocean sounds and views are good, not the lounging. Décor varies a lot, from updated to not-so-much, but all units are clean and make good use of the space. Free room safes in some. Washers/dryers in one- and two-bedroom units; studios use coin-op. Studios are 480 sq. ft., 1/1s are 768 sq. ft., 2/2s are 1,040 sq. ft. 4- to 7-night minimum. (Though better rates can be found for the couple days between the longer bookings, if you’re flexible.)
