This fairly old condo building is right across the street from White Sands Beach Park, which is usually swimmable. Nice pool and grounds. The buildings are adequately maintained. They get a few extra points for the beach proximity (but don’t expect much of an ocean view from most rooms because of the orientation of the buildings). Smallish 2/2 units are mostly adequate. (The washer and dryer are located directly across from the toilet—that’s different.) The elevator doesn’t go to every room elevation, so you may have to deal with some stairs. 2/2 units are 875–1,010 sq. ft. 3- or 7-night minimum.
